Carole A. Pruka, 78, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on January 19, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Marie Boyd, brothers, Arthur, Raymond, Thomas, Norman, William and Robert Boyd and sisters, Margaret Boyd, Eleanor Grammont, Dorothy Grammont and Vera Echevarria. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, James J. Pruka, children, Debra (Robert) Rollins and Sandra Pruka (Rosario Vento), grandson, Timothy (Lisa) Haseltine and great grandchildren, Alyssa, Alex and Ryan Haseltine. Inurnment will take place at Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City, Arizona. Arrangements are under the direction of Surprise Funeral Care, Surprise, Arizona.
