Donna Jean Goodwine Teeples

Donna married the love of her life, Douglas Arnold Teeples, on July 28, 1956, in Almont, Michigan. They shared 57 years together before his passing in 2013. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters, Carla (married to Lance) and Audrey (married to Dean), whom Donna cherished.

After marrying Douglas, Donna joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and she remained faithful to her membership and to the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout her life. Her quiet testimony and steady devotion were an example to all who knew her.

Donna was known for her homemade apple pies and her unforgettable French toast, which became favorites among family and friends. She had a lifelong love of birds, especially the bright and colorful ones that brought her joy. In her younger years, she delighted in sewing dresses for her daughters and creating crafts that showcased her creativity and care.

Donna is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her two brothers, and her sister.

She is survived by her daughters, Carla (Lance) and Audrey (Dean), eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy and pride into her life.

Donna will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her dedication to her family, her faith in God and the love she shared freely.

A funeral service will be held at Kingswood Park Ward, located at 23391 N 166th Dr, Surprise, AZ, 85387, United States. The service is scheduled for January 10, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
