Donna Mary Moore

Donna Mary Moore, a beloved and kind-hearted woman, passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 79 from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Known for her compassionate nature and fierce love for her friends and family, Donna will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Born on September 22, 1946, in San Mateo, Ca, Donna was full of life and love from day one. She was an avid gardener with a green thumb. She had a special affinity for roses. She was devoted even through the bad years to the San Francisco Giants, even going to Fan Appreciation and Spring Training while living in Clovis, California. Her animals were like her own kids. She loved and cared for them with all she had. Her first dog was Tippy a German Shepard mix that loved everyone but the landlord. Later, her favorite dog Nickie, a sheltie, was her pride and joy. Nickie would wake her up every morning and wait for her to come home from work every afternoon. She was the family cornerstone and matriarch that we could go to with any problem or question, and she always had a solution for us. Her and her mom, Gladys, were extremely close and she made sure that they would always be together.

Donna was known for being generous, fashionable, organized, and professional. She enjoyed most of all just spending time feeding and loving her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved dearly by all her family and friends, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will be greatly missed.

A simple gathering to honor Donna's life will be held at Surprise Funeral Care, located at 16063 W. Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374, on November 20, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
