WALSH, Douglas MacArthur, 74, of Surprise, Arizona, a United States Army Veteran (Retired), passed away on December 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Matthew Walsh and Madeline Agnes Lambert Walsh. He is survived by his son, Eric Walsh; and his daughter, Heather Walsh.
