Our hearts are broken with the unexpected passing of our beloved son, husband, father, and grandfather: Emile Joseph Herrera 49, passed away January 3rd, 2021 in Goodyear, Arizona. Emile was born on May 14th, 1971 in Salinas, California he was the third child of Miguel and Susan Herrera, his brothers Miguel(BUB) and Rene Herrera.
Emile is survived by his wife Lucy Herrera of 19 years. Emile also leaves behind his children Adam Herrera, Alysia Herrera, Nathan Herrera, Xavier Herrera, Isabella Herrera, and step daughter Victoria Toscano. He was the proud grandfather of Meliah Nicole, Mathew Jr., and Maddix Cash.
Emile was a hardworking, honest, and loyal man.
He loved spending time barbecuing in his backyard and spending time with his family. He was a Oakland Raiders, Oakland A’s and Golden State fan, he was always watching a game and yelling at the tv when they played. He had a smile and voice that lit up any room and was the life of any party. We were lucky to have him in our lives and he will forever be missed.
