Erik Luis Kruzel, 18, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on February 23, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Bryan Kruzel and Angela Guzman, step-mother, Shannon Murry, brothers, Fabian Barrera, Brandon Thomas Kruzel and Cody John Kruzel and grandparents, Jayne Cowan, Thomas & Donna Kruzel and Hilda Rodriguez. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona 85374. Following the service there will be a Celebration of Life from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Bicentennial Park, 16705 N. Nash St., Surprise, Arizona 85378.
