Gary Dean Bidgood, 67, of Lake Elsinore, California, passed away in Surprise, Arizona where he and his beloved wife of 42 years, Lani made their second home. Gary proudly served the community of Santa Ana, California for 30 years as Captain in the Fire Department, before retiring in 2004. Gary honorably served his country during the Viet Nam Era, and was the recipient of two Silver Stars and a Purple Heart. Gary is also survived by his loving daughter, Heather Hensley and her husband Jeb of Redmond, Oregon and two dear grandchildren Vaughn and Kelton Hensley; a sister Patty Lamas of Bakersfield, California.
