Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Karen, daughter, Haley (Dana), son, Logan; sisters, Jeanie Coulson and Julie Lewis, and many great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Lewis, father Bobby Lewis, and brother Ronnie Lewis.
Capt. Lewis will be missed by all whose lives he touched - especially his friends, loving neighbors, and his pal, Austin.
