Harvey Allen Carnehl

Harvey Allen Carnehl, 83, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on July 25, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Lorraine Carnehl; children, Judith Newby (George), Linda Gunn (Chris) and Harvey Charles Carnehl (Deborah); 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and brother, Gaylen Carnehl. Harvey owned Tribune Printing in California and later served on the board of the Lake Ozark, MO, Four Seasons Community POA. He was instrumental in the building of the new POA lounge. He was a master model ship builder who constructed museum quality ships by hand. One of his greatest loves, besides his cherished wife, was his beloved boat, a 1955 Chris Craft. Harvey was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed by all those who loved him. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ 85374. Interment will follow at Sunland Memorial Park, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ.
