Herbert Andrew Toler, 83, of Surprise, Arizona passed away on May 21, 2012. He was born on September 10, 1928 in Bailysville, West Virginia to Record and Elizabeth Toler. Herbert worked for many years as a machinist for the Railroad. He will be dearly miss and always loved by his family. He is survived by his one loving son Herbert Tolar Jr,; his two loving daughters Deborah Toler-Guell and Rhonda Jacobson; six loving grandchildren Deidra Gonzales, Nicole Guell, Erika Guell, Kristina Schurig, Joe Gonzales, Ryan Carriganand Derrick Carrigan; and one dear granddaughter Victoria Aranda.
