Don't quite know why, but every time of think of your mom, Debi, I think about her and that El Camino! I remember getting to actually ride in that bad boy! Glad I got the chance to go see her recently, she was always tough, and god knows she didn't leave without a fight! She saved her best for last, find comfort in knowing she loved you and could really express that to you in her last days. I just hope God has enough treasures for her up there in heaven, we know how much of a "collector" she could be!  Love you, D

Jeannie was so special to me.  I loved to "drool" over all of the pretty things in her home and little shop in Pomona, CA.  She noticed this one day and gave me a beautiful set of 12 crystal goblets for my high school graduation.  She observed what that scrawny high school kid loved and made sure I had them.  What a love she was to me.

Debi,  I am so sorry to hear this but we know when God calls us home, that is the sweetest gift of all even though those left behind are left with only memories.  Your Mom was really a hoot and I loved her laughter and her constant energy!  That hole in your heart will be filled with all the fun and great memories she left behind for you. I will always remember Jean's smile and twinkle.  She was a lovely woman and will be missed.

Mom had a mother's heart for everyone but she was so much more... engaged in the events of the day,sharing a funny story and always trying to smooth the rough road of life. She always tried to be a blessing to everyone she met,a better Mom is not to be found!            Forrest  "Frost"

All my Love Debi, David, Thad, Sofia, Linda and family, Jean will be missed! They broke the mold for your Mom...she was one of my very favorite people. I remember when she had the El Camino and moved herself to Prescott from Colorado! She had that car loaded to the gills with all of her treasures! I knew then what she was made of.....porcelain wrapped around steel! 
I always loved her  "tell it like it is " attitude and free spirit... 
You all are lucky to have inherited her strength....she will live on through you all.

Jeannie was truly a lovely and beautiful person.  My memories with her were always filled with good times, lots of laughs and her magnetic sense of humor. I feel honored to have known her and to be a part of her extended family.  She will be missed dearly.

I will always remember Mom's first Christmas gift to me- a Pancho Villa look-alike plaster figurine. I didn't know what to say. Debi, Thad and Sofia just cracked up. I thought she was playing with me, but she was genuinely gifting me this Mexican man. I actually thought it was hilarious. And to top it off- the guy had a cigarette in his mouth. That was Mom for ya...I knew she was going to be a great Mother-in-Law...and she was that and more.
