

Born on February 14, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland, Jill was the daughter of James Wesley Cohen and Constance Cohen.
Jill shared a loving marriage of 27 years with her husband, Chuck Bliss. Together they enjoyed traveling, camping in their motor home, spending time with friends, and building a life centered around shared experiences and companionship.
Jill embraced the Christian faith and found comfort in her spiritual beliefs.
Jill is survived by her husband, Chuck Bliss; her daughters, Jennifer, Jessie, and Katie; her stepchildren, Chad and Shauna; and her grandchildren, Lukas, Evie, Allura, and Hannah. Two sisters, Joanna and Kathy, two brothers, Rick and Glen Cohen.
Jill enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life, including music, gardening, golf, mahjong, trout fishing, camping, and playing cards and games with family and friends. She especially enjoyed gathering with friends and participating in the activities and communities that brought her joy.
For more than two decades, Jill faced Parkinson's disease with determination and resilience. Despite the challenges the disease presented, she continued to pursue the activities she enjoyed and maintained the relationships that were important to her.
Jill's life touched many people throughout the years, and she will be remembered by family, friends, and all who knew her.
