OBITUARY
John Samuel Kamacher Jr.
June 25, 1941 – April 11, 2018
KAMACHER, Jr., John Samuel, 76, formerly of Chicago and Skokie, Illinois, a United States Navy Vietnam Veteran, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on April 11, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Samuel Kamacher, Sr., and Florence Trecker Kamacher; sister, Joan Muno; and brothers-in-law, Mathias Muno and William Headley. He is survived by his beloved wife, Juanita P. Kamacher; sister, Leah "Lee" Headley; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. John served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1967. He was an avid model railroader and member of the Sun City Model Railroad Club. John was a typesetter for the Chicago Tribune for many years, prior to starting his own printing business. He was also an avid cat-lover all of his life...and the proud "parent" of his cherished "Kiki". A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona.
