Carmela, It’s been a long and sad year for you.  You and Joe shared a beautiful life together.  My thoughts are with you today.  Cousin Mary Ellen

Uncle Joe was a true gentleman, a kind hearted person, a devoted husband, and a child of God. His love for my Aunt was one of kind! I’m so happy I got to spend time with him before he passed. May he rest in peace.

Our dearest friend Joe has gone to be with the Lord  may you rest in peace.

 We will miss your kindness and the amazing human being that you were.  I especially will miss our Steeler games and discussions that we had.

Our Uncle Joe was a dedicated husband who worked very hard and kept his faith in the Lord, his  entire life. 

When I was around 10 yrs old, I went to Uncle Joe’s house for a visit.  When us kids weren’t playing or doing something, uncle Joe would pull out his guitar and start plucking. He did this often. At the time, I thought he was putting on a show for us kids. Now that I’m older, and a parent of teens myself, maybe he was just drowning out all the sounds of us cousins goofing around together. I’ll never know. However, I do know that guitar was one of his deepest passions. 

May my Uncle rest in peace with the Lord. I sure hope he is strumming that guitar and watching over his family.

Joe was a wonderful man and a superb husband and father.  He loved my sister Carmela deeply and unconditionally.  He was a fair man and never judgmental. His strong faith in Jesus surely earned him his place in heaven.  Fly high with the angels my dear brother in law.  
Jesus was waiting for you with open arms. 
We will miss you but happy that yours suffering on this earth is over.
