Keith Allen Riddle, 70, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma. A devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, Keith will be remembered for his sincerity, kindness, and the deep affection he held for those around him
Born on March 6, 1955, in Salem, Oregon, Keith was the son of Kenneth J. Riddle and the late Dorothy E. Riddle. Growing up in Oregon, he developed a love for learning, the outdoors, and creativity early on, interests that would shape his life and character. He studied Computer Science in college–an education that laid the foundation for both his professional success and his lifelong curiosity about how things work.
Keith proudly dedicated 20 years of service to the United States Air Force. His years in uniform reflected his strong sense of duty, integrity, and devotion to country. Colleagues and friends in the military remembered him as steadfast and genuine–always willing to lend a hand or share a laugh, no matter the circumstance.
Keith shared 51 wonderful years of marriage to Anna M. Riddle, building a home filled with warmth, laughter, and mutual respect. Their marriage was a testament to lasting love and partnership. Together, they raised two sons, Brian A. Riddle and Trevor J. Riddle, who carry forward their father’s spirit of compassion, humor, and dedication.
Keith’s passions extended well beyond his work. He was an avid reader; whose love of books led him to explore worlds both real and imagined. He found joy in drawing, sketching, and painting, crafts in which his artistic eye shone brightly. A lover of the outdoors, he enjoyed cycling and running, and he was happiest when traveling with Anna–especially on ocean cruises that allowed them to see new places together. In his final months, Keith experienced a deep renewal of faith and peace through Jesus Christ, leaving a legacy of grace and reconciliation.
Keith is survived by his wife Anna, sons Brian and Trevor, father Kenneth, and brothers Michael J. Riddle and Kevin E. Riddle. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy E. Riddle, and his sister, Lisa E. O’Brien.
