Kelly was preceded in death by her brother Larry and father Lawrence. She is survived by her husband Mark, mother Joanne, and sister Renee.
A Celebration of Life for Kelly will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Surprise Funeral Care located at 16063 W Bell Rd, Surprise, Arizona 85374.
