Linda Marie Lee, 64, passed away on March 16, 2026, surrounded by love and holding her brother’s hand. She was a cherished, compassionate, thoughtful, and strong woman whose brave and resilient spirit will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection. Linda resided in Surprise, Arizona.
Born on May 19, 1961, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Linda was the daughter of Marie and Ronald Sr. She spent the first half of her life in New Jersey, where she shared a joyful upbringing with her siblings, Ron and Doreen. After high school, Linda embraced an adventurous life shaped by her love of travel, living in New Jersey, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and finally landing in Arizona. Linda later earned her Associate’s degree in Interior Design from Maricopa Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University, a reflection of her eye for beauty, her gift for making a house feel like home and her keen business acumen. Her love of travel, interest in architecture and spirit of adventure spurred her international adventures to far away locations that included England, Switzerland, Italy and several visits to France. The Bahama’s, Hawaii and Bermuda were other favorite destinations that satisfied her love of the sun, sand and clear blue waters.
Those who loved Linda most remember her as determined, strong-willed, tenacious, and loving, with a cheerful demeanor and joy in her eyes. She found her greatest peace near the sea—whether piloting a boat, spending time on the sands of Coronado Island, California, or enjoying a luxurious night at Hotel del Coronado. She also loved hiking the White Tank Mountains and Pinnacle Peak in Arizona, and she treasured any time spent anywhere with her fur babies.
Linda leaves behind her memory in the hearts of her mother, brother, sister, longtime friend, relatives, friends, acquaintances, and her precious fur babies, all of whom will forever cherish her smile, good heart and adventurous spirit.
