Linda was born on July 16, 1955 in Merced California to her Mother Francis E. Webb and her Father Joseph Lee Walker. Linda passed away in Buckeye, Arizona on March 16, 2024.
Our beloved mother and grandmother are survived by her two children, Reshawn B. Hayes and Tamara E. Thomas, her grandchildren, Bryson Hayes, Anthony Wilson, and Ethan Hayes. As the eldest sibling, she is also survived by her brother, Leonard Walker, and sisters, Karen Carthen and Janice Turner. Survived by many others, she was regarded as a mom, friend, and sister.
Linda’s legacy was truth-telling, laughter, and a brightly elated spiritual energy. Linda enjoyed a good movie, crochet, music, laughter, and the company of her friends and family. Linda retired after her rewarding career as an Administrative Specialist in Tumwater, Washington School District.
A private memorial service will be held by family and friends in Washington State May, 2024.
