Marilyn Sue Dooley

Born in Hastings, Nebraska, Marilyn graduated from St. Paul VI Catholic High School in Omaha, Nebraska. She devoted more than 30 years to a career in Mortgage Banking. On December 31, 2006, Marilyn married Jim Dooley in Omaha, Nebraska.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jim Dooley; children, Chad Bennett (Jasmine) Buckeye, AZ, and Sheri Bennett of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Camryn Bennett of Omaha, NE, Ella Bennett of Buckeye, AZ, and Nick Bennett of Colorado Springs, CO; and siblings Stan Schramm (Gayle) of Omaha, NE, Mark Schramm (Carol) also of Omaha, NE, and Paula Panichelle (Dave) of Wilmington, DE.

Marilyn’s life was enriched by the people and moments she cherished most—especially time spent with her granddaughters. She also enjoyed watching/traveling to Kansas City baseball games with Jim, finding meaning in the simple joys of being together, making memories, and celebrating the everyday blessings of family.
