Mark Anthony Puckett, Jr. entered into heaven on March 14, 2015. He is survived by his loving parents, Mark Puckett, Sr., and Giovanna Palazzolo, and his beloved grandmother, Lorraine Hennke. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015, at 11:30 A.M. at Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City, Arizona. Arrangements entrusted to Surprise Funeral Care, Surprise, Arizona.
