Mary Louise Hazelberg (nee Schmuck) passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 76 years old. Mary was married to James Hazelberg for over 53 years. Mother of Erin (Chris) Proffit and Amy Hazelberg. Proud and loving grandmother of Abigail, Evan, and Jameson. Sister of Mark Schmuck, Jean Scott, Deanna Smith, and James Schmuck. She is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews.
Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and taught at Hadfield Elementary School from student teaching to her retirement 38 years later. She enjoyed her retirement with her family in Surprise, Arizona.
