Aunt Mary will always have a special place in my heart. My dad never brought me around his family much when I was a kid. And I never felt like a part of his extended family. Aunt Mary is one of two of my dad's siblings who reached out to me and made me feel accepted and a part of the family. Enjoy your new life with Jesus Aunt Mary, you'll be missed and never forgotten. I love you and I will be seeing you soon.

Aunt Mary was a significant, selfless, extraordinary aunt in my life; she was a tremendous support to me during my adolescence and beyond. Aunt Mary provided sound advice and encouragement to me. Thank you Mom.  Thank you for giving me life.  Thank you for raising me.  Thank you for teaching me, not just through words but with your actions.  You taught me kindness, logic, responsibility, self control, work ethic and so much more.   You worked with me to learn to control my temper as a child.  You taught me the importance of family and that family can be more than blood.  You don't know it but there are SO many people across the valley that know about you through me, because I would tell them about you and the things you taught me.  I love and miss you and think about you every day. 

Sending love and prayers to all of those who knew my Aunt Mary. My father put it best when he said, “I know there’s a heaven and I know she’s there, if she isn’t....then no one has a chance.”  He continued to speak of her unconditional love and support echoed by anyone blessed enough to meet her.

Mom, I know that you loved the Lord and are sitting at the feet of Jesus.  I thank you for raising me with good values and most importantly giving me a foundation in faith. I am so sorry you got that horrible disease but enjoyed every moment that I got to spend with you and walking through it with you.  It was a long and tough 19 years with many tears and lots of laughter.  I most enjoyed each time I visited you, that I would would grab you and pick you up with you would yell but I know you secretly enjoyed it.  I enjoyed our walks and talk and reading Big Daddy's book and the bible to you.  I've enjoyed all of the stories I have heard from family members about how you had an impact on peoples life.  I was able to keep every promise  you made me promise you. We did it together. I know when you got to heaven you heard Jesus, say well done good and faithful servant! I only met you briefly but I appreciate you taking my granddaughter in when she needed a place. I have heard only good things about the way you lived. You took in kids who needed a home and I know you are now being rewarded with eternal life. May God bring peace to your loved ones in this sad time.
