Patricia Ann Clearman

CLEARMAN, Patricia Ann, 88, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on June 17, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Tiede, and Henrietta "Mildred" Muldoon. She is survived by her Sister, Marilyn Keller. Her beloved children, John (Patricia) Clearman, and Doris Jean "Jeannie" (Paul) Litwin; grandchildren, Paul Litwin, and Michael (Donna) Litwin, Chris (Rachelle ) Litwin, Sara and Torin Kirkpatrick, and Joelle and Reynaldo Santiago; great-grandchildren, Joshua Litwin, Jordan West, Juan Montero, Jared Litwin, Jacob Litwin, Riley Litwin and Brody Litwin and Madeline Kirkpatrick; great-great-grandchildren, Aniston, and Camden Montero.
