

Ray proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1963-1967. Following his military service, he worked as a computer systems analyst for the City of Phoenix, Circle K Corporation and Xerox.
Ray was a member of the Elks and a lifetime member of the Masons. He also volunteered as the Neighborhood Representative of the Estancia neighborhood in the Grand Community in Surprise.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ray Bryan and Ruth Irene Bedwell as well as his brother Jack and sisters Marilyn Fabian and Carol Williams.
Ray is survived by Ellen, his wife of fifty-seven years. He was so proud of his children, Guinivere (Wendy) Winokur and Ray Bryan III; daughter-in-law, Tracy; and grandchildren, Paxton Winokur, Braden Bedwell, Blakeley Bedwell and Helen Winokur. He will be missed by his sister-in-law Suzanne, brother-in-law Jeff, ten nieces and nephews, and twenty-five great nieces and nephews.
Ray’s goal in life was that he “just wanted to help people.” He accomplished that through his personal, professional and philanthropic life.
The internment is at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
