Robert was born on March 14, 1950 to Winston Scoville and Frances Blanch Irving in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia.
After earning a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Robert started his job at Litton Industries as a system test technician in Toronto, Canada. In 1991, he moved to Southern California and was a technician at Chuck E. Cheese for 25 years, retiring in 2016 after a stroke in 2015.
Robert is survived by his daughters Natasha (Tasha) Ramsay and Jana Palmer; granddaughters Autumn and Hailey Ramsay, Alexa, Dakota (Kodi) and Kayla Palmer; great grandchildren Alethia, Elliott and Anastasia Ramsay; his brother Murph (Lloyd) and sisters Jean, Paula and Janice.
There will not be a memorial service at this time.
