Virginia Viola Miller

Miller, Virginia 93, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on September 5, 2016. Virginia was born in Brush, Colorado on June 26, 1923 to Jacob and Margaret Kauffman. Along with her parents and several siblings, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dave Miller. She was a loving Mother, always putting the needs of her family and husband before her own and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving children, David Miller (Joyce), and Virginia Miller Cantwell (Mike); her grandsons, Brian Cantwell, and Paul Cantwell; one brother, Ed Kauffman, and many nieces and nephews. On their very first date, Dave played "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" to Virginia on his harmonica. She was his sweetheart for over 70 years until the day he passed on February 8, 2016.Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Surprise Funeral Care. Virginia will be buried with her beloved husband at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Their headstone will be engraved with the words "Together Forever."
