I remember Willy from our grade school days at St. Mary’s Catholic.  He always had a smile and a kind word for everyone.  So very very sorry to learn of his passing.

It's been a year, Wilbur, and nothing has changed.  We think of you every time we walk into the Vegas pool that you led us to, knowing you would have loved sitting under the waterfall with the cascades dumping on your beautiful bald head.
Your presence is forever with us.
We will have all your favorites for dinner on the 26th--the grilled lamb lollipops, the crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, Mama's Swedish meatballs, Mary Lou's garlic shrimp and blueberry compote for dessert--all your favorites:) We will raise a glass and toast you as we do at every family dinner--you are forever with us.
I know Mary Lou misses you terribly and her days are filled with longing for you--you will always be her only love, soul mate, best friend, and her husband. We do what we can to fill your gap, but it's not the same without you.

Will, a wonderful man taken far too soon.  We love and miss you so!!  All of your friends and loved ones' entries speak volumes about the loving, giving, awesome manner with which you lived your life and the ultimate sacrifice of organ donation upon leaving this life.  We are so blessed to have been a part of your life, if just for a short while.  

Our hearts are broken for your loss as well as for Marylou's loss.  You two were as one.

Mary Lou and family, I am so sorry for your loss, my sincere condolences. I go way back with Willie , over 30 years. He was my first roommate when I moved to Florida and I can say I never met a person who ever said a bad thing about Will! Spent this afternoon with Mike and Lisa Spence, reminiscing and laughing about the good ole days. Yes we toasted Will, I just got home and Will I think I'm going to have another VOD!! Mary Lou, although we just met earlier this year when I was in AZ taking care of Lil, you and your wonderful husband Will treated me like family. He will truly be missed, I pray your faith in the only true GOD and HIS peace continues to surround you during this difficult time and forever more.

We love you so very much and we love Uncle Will with all our hearts. We are greatly saddened by his loss but we know he's watching us from heaven and living with Jesus now. We wish he could have been here and hold our precious Vivian but we know he's watching over her too and we believe he's whispering in her ear as she sleeps which is why she smiles ever so sweetly at night. He's her guardian angel now and we will always remember him with love and laughter. He's gone but not forever, pain and life is only temporary, but heaven is forever. Jesus wanted him home and now we just have to be patient until we can see him again. We're sorry we can't make it to the funeral but our love and thoughts are with you always Aunt Mary Lou.
