Diane and girls, I've been thinking of all the fabulous years I knew Dr Andrus and how much I gained working with him. He was a generous teacher and I so enjoyed my time in the office and at Highline. He is missed. Kathy Oss

Wyman was a charter member of the greatest generation of physicians who always put their patients first and set a high bar for all who would follow. I had the privilege to work with Dr. Andrus as an administrator at Highline Medical Center in Burien. He was a true pillar of our medical community. In addition to his medical expertise, his kindness and compassion for everyone he worked with always came through. 
My thoughts are with you and your family. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.

Hi diane,

Ian and I send our hugs and prayers to you and your family.  Wyman was such a wonderful support to our family, Highline Hospital, the church and our community.  When I was Board President at Highline, he helped us over some rough patches.  I will be eternally grateful.  He loved singing, and he shared his talent at church many times.  May your memories help you through this difficult time.

Diane, I saw Dr. Andrus' obituary in the Seattle paper this morning.  I'm sorry to see that he is gone.  I'm sure you don't remember me, but I worked for Dr. Andrus in his office in Burien on Ambaum.  I have him to thank for a very long and wonderful career as a medical transcriptionist, as he was the person responsible for teaching me to transcribe.  I remember him standing over my shoulder at that old Royal manual typewriter in the office while I learned terminology one word at a time with his help.  He was a kind and caring man and a wonderful teacher.  Now he can play golf in heaven with Dr. Sherry!  Sending prayers to you and the girls.
