William J. Frasca, 65, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on March 20, 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Frasca, daughters, Desiree and Michelle Frasca, granddaughter, Alexandria Frasca-McKenney and mother, Celeste Frasca. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85024.
