It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Aunt to many. Predeceased by her Parents August and Rosalie Hohm and 11 Siblings. Survived by her loving Husband Harold, Daughters Pamela, Deborah, Candace and Christine and Brother Alf. She also leaves Seven Grandchild and three Great Grandchildren. Also surviving is one Step Son Bob (Laurie), Step Daughters Nancy (Bob) and Lynda (Ian) and Seven Step Grandchildren and nine Step Great Grandchildren.
Elizabeth was born in South Vancouver and attended John Oliver High School. In adult life she worked for Woodward’s, managed an office of Dentists and Managed at Madam Runges Ladies Wear in South Granville.
After entering into semi- retirement Elizabeth and Harold owned Arthur’s For Mens Clothing Store on Dunbar and in Kitsilano and later Mylffordhaven House Bed and Breakfast in Victoria.
A great thank you to the staff at Fort Langley Seniors Community and of late at the Evergreen Baptist Campus of Care in White Rock. The family is grateful to the Nurses and Care Aides who provided her with such care and comfort.
A celebration of life will be held at Evergreen Baptist Campus of Care Chapel (1550 Oxford Street, White Rock, BC) on Saturday, September 14th at 1:30 PM.
