On Tuesday May 31, 2022, Arthur David Lyon, passed away at the age of 85
after a long and difficult illness.
Art was born in Vancouver. He worked at Canadian Freightways, in the transportation business in Vancouver. He was transferred to the United States in 1965 where he worked in the same type of business until he retired. He returned to Canada in 2000 after the loss of his wife Alice. He leaves behind his current wife, Shirley, 3 sons, Darryl (Cheryl), Ken (Darla), Randy (Cathy), 8 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren. As well as 3 Stepchildren, Cameron (Kathy), Carolyn (David), Sherry (Alan)
with 7 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandson.
He was an Artist, he had a passion for Old Cars, reading, travelling and he loved his garden.
He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
