William "Bill" Dennis Alexander Dalzell, age 74, of Abbotsford, British Columbia passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
A celebration of life for Bill will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Ave, Surrey, BC V4P1P3.
