Carlos Arthur

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carlos Arthur on April 24, 2020, in White Rock, BC at the age of 82. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Velma. He will be dearly missed by his two daughters Sharon and Judi (Samuel); family; and friends. Carlos was born in 1937 in Choppins, St. Vincent, and raised in Rathomill, St Vincent before immigrating to BC in 1965. Carlos was a vibrant, passionate, caring soul! He will be remembered for his laughter, loving smile, philanthropy, and enthusiasm for life. Carlos was a devoted husband, father, nurse, and friend who has touched the lives of many. A service of remembrance has been postponed until the pandemic is behind us. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the TB Vets Charitable Foundation.
