Our family home was next door to the Wright family back in the 70’s.. My parents remained good friends with Carol Ann and Maurice even after they moved away.. Their relationship lasted  throughout the years filled with visits and vacations and sadly  loss… I became close to Carol Ann after Maurice passed ..I loved her company.. she was kind and funny and intelligent … I still can’t believe she’s gone… Now my moms gone too… I hope they’re together sitting in a garden sipping a glass of wine and laughing in the sunshine

I worked for Carol Ann as her gardener for about 2 years. She quickly became more than just a client - We became good friends. As I worked on improving her gardens, I literally watched her bloom along side them. When I first started she had little interest other than having them tidied, but as things progressed and she could see the potential and the beauty she literally opened up like the flower she was and began suggesting and requesting more additions to her lovely garden. She was beautiful inside and out. She was a real treasure and one of my favorite flowers in my garden of life. She will be sadly missed and my sympathies go out to all who knew and loved her.
