I just learned of the passing of this incredible woman...RIP Cheryl...I've missed you and will always...my deepest condolences to Amber and the rest of the family.  Hugs to you all.

We met, and met, and met ... then worked together and I learned.  I haven't thought of my old life at Douglas College much since moving to China...the picture is a lovely reminder of that time.  I do hope that the family knows how many lives she touched ... including my own.  A service on Grandhog's Day seems fitting.  It was sunny her and I think I saw her shadow.

Cheryl, you will be missed dearly. your smile and optimism and love for life will be missed but ever lasting. Cheryl was one of those very special people, who always had a smile and was there for everyone. She worked hard on behalf of clients and students, and she was an excellent role model for all of us. She was an advocate for the career development field and she will be dearly missed. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Cheryl's smile is what I remember best!
Cheryl was active for many years in the Career/Employment Counselling sector, and along with many of us, helped it develop into a recognized profession. Yes, Cheryl was an encourager and guided many unemployed folks into new positions and into training to set foundations for their futures.

Sending so much love to you all - Cheryl was an amazing cousin, friend, mom, sister and the list goes on... So many wonderful memories... going to the zoo zoo zoo :) She always made everyone feel like a million bucks - rescuer of lost stray cousins lol when I visited BC for a trade show... Expo... her life is truly one to be celebrated - my condolences to everyone Cheryl touched as she was such an amazing person to know. She will be missed but always remembered and forever loved!
