Predeceased by her parents, sister-in-law Linda, and nephew Justin, and survived by her brother Brian, niece Jerusha (Branden), great nephews Ethan, Caleb, and Isaac, and her sister Beverly and many other nieces and nephews, Doreen left us on July 12th, 2022.
Doreen was born in Vancouver and spent her whole life living within the Lower Mainland.
She had a love for animals and had owned many cats, dogs, fish, and horses in her lifetime. She also donated very regularly to the SPCA to help the animals that she couldn't help in her own home.
She was a very hard worker and spent over 30 years working at BC Tel (Telus) until she was forced into an early retirement because of a car accident.
Doreen was a strong, independent woman who would help family in need and had a big heart. She will be greatly missed by her family.
Funeral to be held at the graveside at Victory Memorial Park, July 28th, 2022 at 10am.
