Elizabeth Lehigh passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital at the age of 75 on May 28th, 2025. She was born in St.Thomas, Ontario. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Elizabeth will always be remembered as a joyful, caring, amazing and exuberant person who touched the lives of the people around her with positivity and love. She spread kindness everywhere she went and she deeply impacted the lives of her two granddaughters, Audrey and Chloe, her daughter, Sheana, and her son-in-law, Scott. She taught them how to truly live and love to the fullest even when faced with adversity. She will be missed more than words can ever express.
Elizabeth was a single parent and she worked very hard in her career to become a Senior Buyer. She worked at numerous influential organizations including Langara College and the Township of Langley. She was a beloved friend and colleague to many and her work legacy lives on to this day in all that she created.
She was a member of Peninsula United Church, loved to paint and create, devoted the last 7 years of her life to her granddaughters and could always be seen finding the next set of decorations to put up in her home. She took great pride in her home.
The family members who preceded her in death were her father, Sam, her mother, Betty, and her brother Bob. She is survived by her daughter, Sheana, her granddaughters Audrey and Chloe and her son-in- law, Scott.
The world is definitely a better place thanks to Elizabeth. Her heart and smile were so huge and we will cherish all the memories we made with her.
We will not be holding a service at this time and will likely have a celebration of life in the Fall 2025. We also ask that you do not send flowers and instead please make a donation to any of the following charities if you wish:
