Irene Baumgartner was predeceased by her parents, Philip (1991) and Barbara (nee Hollinger, 1999) Goebel and by her brother, John, in 1985.
Irene is profoundly missed and is remembered by her husband Clemens, her sons: Roy (Sharyne), grandchildren Jenna and Jaime of North Vancouver; middle son, Dale of Langley; and youngest son, Wade (Brenna), grandchildren Alisa, Amanda and Adam of West Vancouver.
Irene was making preparations for the family Christmas meal, traditionally held at the family home on Christmas eve. She had been walking to the store in the morning of Saturday, December 18th and passed away in the afternoon, at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock.
