Jane Dick Scott

Predeceased by husband Frank; son Norman; son-in-law Jerry; and grandson Darryl.

Survived by daughters Maureen (Bruce), Kathleen; daughter-in-law Donna; niece Sandy; 8 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mom (Nana) was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. Mom was very active for many years volunteering with the Army & Navy and sat on several committees. Mom was a strong, independent woman who never turned down the opportunity to administer a "thick ear" to any of her grandchildren or great-grandchildren that stepped out of line. Nana loved to go to "Timmies" for her tea and donut, and meet with family & friends. Mom (Nana) was very special with lots of love and always had her family around her.

The family would like to thank the staff at Surrey Memorial N53, especially Brian, for the exceptional care and kindness given to Jane throughout her final days.

Celebration of Life to be held Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 3 PM at Crossroads United Church, 7655 Scott Road, Delta.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the T.B. Vets Charitable Foundation, or the Last Post, in memory of Jane.
