Joan has passed away on the 19th August, 2020, mother to David John Lisle and Stephen James Lisle, wife to Norman Joseph Lisle who passed many years ago and wife to Bernard Teekman who has also passed. Grandchildren are Daniel Gribben-Lisle and his spouse Anthony Gribben-Lisle, Jon Lisle and his spouse Alison Lisle, and Alan Lisle and his spouse Yoko Lisle, Great-Grandson Yuhiro Lisle, Yvonne Foster, Maria Lisle, and Maureen Lisle. Cared for in her latter years by Andrew and Coleen Whitmore.
Much loved by many and a devout Christian all of her adult life, Joan suffered many difficult adversities during her long 95 years, but also had much happiness.
She will be missed but remembered with great fondness and love by many of the people whose lives she touched in so many ways.
