Joseph Ronald "Ron" Green

WHITE ROCK, BC – Joseph Ronald (Ron) Green passed away peacefully on Sept. 18, 2024 at 86 years of age, with his wife Judy at his side.

Ron spent most of his career as a police officer with the Metropolitan Toronto Police, serving his community in a number of capacities.

He was a proud Scot, world traveller, lifelong cyclist and fearsome rummy opponent. Ron was a kind soul who was full of love and had a smile and kind word for everyone he met. He will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.

Predeceased by sisters Moira and Maggie.

Survived by his wife Judy, daughter Kirsten (Tim), son Scott (Laurie), step-sons Chad (Janice) and Kevin (Gunther), granddaughters Madison and Paige, grandsons Eric and Toby, sister Jenny, brother-in-law Barry (Terry), nieces Caroline, Tricia, Lesley, Lindsey and Poppy, and nephews Craig, Simon and Daniel.

A small, private Celebration of Life will be held.
