We are sorry to announce the passing of Joyce L. Kirkpatrick. Joyce was born November 20, 1937 in Vancouver, B.C. and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 18, 2017 at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband Leo Weber and her 5 children, Linda (John), Bob (Lindy), Debbie, Duane (Chris) and Tamra (Ted), as well as her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her 3 siblings Lorna (Andy), Eunice, and Erick (Joyce). In her early years Joyce worked as a hotel telephone operator, as well as a telephone operator for B.C. Tel. She moved to North Delta in 1968 and worked for Delta Home Support Services for over 25years. Joyce will be known best for the love of her family in which she raised to be honest, hard working and caring. She will also be remembered for her incredible vegetable garden and impeccable yard. Joyce loved to dance in her younger years. She also loved to tell stories, have a good laugh and of course bingo. Joyce will be missed by her family, friends, neighbours and so many others in which she has touched in her life. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the B.C.
