Marilyn Young, of White Rock, British Columbia, and formerly of Kincardine, Ontario, passed away suddenly Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Donald and Verna (Wilson) Armstrong.
Loved mother of Judy (Norm) Ross of Kincardine, Jim Young (Judy Vatcher) of London, Doug Young of Maple Ridge, British Columbia and Ed (Nancy) Young of Whitby.
Cherished grandmother of Mike (Sarah) Ross, Erin (Terry) Dietrich, Jaime Ross (Brian Benwell), Ashley Ross (Greg Simmons), Jeff Young, Crystal Young (Josh Wright), Dustin (Julie) Young, Debbie Young (Greg Rogge), Kyle (Jacky) Young, and Jeffrey Taras and 13 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held at the Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, Surrey B.C., on Saturday, May 18th with her long time friend and minister, Julie Montague, of White Rock Unity Church officiating.
