Margaret Anne Ross was born on October 17, 1940 in Selkirk, Manitoba and passed away on February 20, 2018 in Delta, British Columbia.

Margaret Anne was born on October 17th, 1940 in Selkirk, Manitoba and was the widow of the late Ray Ross, and the daughter of the late Jack and Irene Blow.

Margaret Anne was an elementary school teacher until starting her family. Margaret Ann and Ray moved to Vancouver, British Columbia in late 1966 where they raised their children Jill and Rob. She took care of her immediate and extended family with love and tireless energy. In the late 1970's the family bought a recreational property at Mount Baker, WA which they spent most weekends and holidays until the late 1980’s. Margaret Anne enjoyed the property with family and friends greatly. She enjoyed swimming, biking, skiing, campfires and dances. She would always refer to that period as one of the most fun and happiest in her life.

In 1985, Margaret Anne and Ray moved to a new home in White Rock. Starting in the late 1980s, Margaret Anne spend a number of years working with one of her closest friends who owned the small boutique, Rae-Cene's, in Semiahmoo Center. She enjoyed working with the retail team and developed close friendships there until retiring completely in the early 2000’s when her first grandchild was born.

Margaret Anne was preceded in death by her husband Ray in 2005.

She is survived by her two children Jill Phillips and Rob Ross of Vancouver, her granddaughter Victoria Ross, and her brother Bob Blow of Kelowna, British Columbia as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Margaret Anne was well loved and will be greatly missed.
