I was Matt's neighbour.   I just learned of his passing today.   He was a class act, my "Hamilton Scotsman" I always called him.  I only want to live as long as Matt and I want to be in the same cheerful  frame of mind like he was at his age.   He was young at heart and enjoyed life.   Our street will never be the same.
