So sad to hear of Michele's passing. Gone way too soon. My condolences to her family. Michele was a wonderful friend that I've often thought about over the past many years that we haven't been in touch. Michele was my maid of honour for my first marriage in 1987. I have some beautiful photos of her from that day and throughout the 1980s when we hung out together. RIP

Michele laughed easily; she had a gorgeous sense of humour, a thoughtful mind, and a tender heart. She was warm, and that warmth, in my eyes, made her one of the coolest women on the Planet. My cousin, you are now the coolest woman in the Universe, soar on.

Michele was a kind, thoughtful, caring, and loving person. She had a big big heart, a warm soul, time to listen, and a sense of humor through out. In our hearts mind, we can still hear her laugh, see her smile and the twinkle in her eye. Her love or food was bested by her greater love of family and friends. We love her, will miss her, and will always have her in our hearts.

Barb and family...So sorry to lose the sparkle we called Michele...the gift of her presence and heart will be missed here on earth. Her special skill of listening and making each person she talked to feel like they were getting 100% of her, whether from her cheery days at EdTel to days burdened with pain, will be remembered forever.

I will always remember Michele ‘s bigger than life smile. She was a positive and caring woman. My last conversation with her over the phone was her supporting me through my own battle with breast cancer.
I remember how she always thought of me as a young teenager even though I am only three years younger. A part of our family through marriage.
Rest in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. Free from the pains of life. Eternally happy.

Like the song in "The Sound of Music" about a girl named Maria, I think the same when I think of Michele. How can one describe her? In our group, her name had a meaning of its own..."That was a 'Michele'". It came to mean anything precise, or brilliant. Because she was both. Michele was the most brilliant person I have had the honor to know. And her great intelligence was second only to her strong sense of integrity. There was a wrong way to do things, and a right way to do things. Excuse me...an "exactly right" way to do things. She was so kind, so much fun and so full of life. And I miss her so much. Hugs to you Michele.

Michele was a very dear niece to me. We were a small family, and as time passed we all got closer. It was heart rending to see her go through the onslaught of cancer, but up-lifting to see her courage and good humour.
She was fortunate to have so much support from her sister Barbie and brother-in-law Tom.
Those of us she has left behind will miss her a lot, but we hope she is now free of suffering.
