Nona, I cant believe your gone.  We have been friends for over 35 yrs.  Many Many good times and a few not so great but we always forgave and moved on, I hate having to say goodbye but i know we will meet again. Until then my old friend. Fly.......

Nona... I would get crazy jealous over you.  My fault,  as I was a silly 18yr old boy who was just learning life.   Still, in my heart, I felt there was always something uniquely special about you and As I read the comments of others I know that I was right.
I didn't want to believe this news.  Couldn't believe this...but there is only one Nona McEwan.  

..and now your gone.

My Condolences to the family of Sweet Nona,. She was a strong and kind hearted woman..😇

Nona was a beautiful soul taken too soon.  My heart breaks knowing we will never see her again.  I will remember her in the simplest things I do, whether it be working in the garden, baking cookies, singing 80’s music or The Pogues. You are in so many good memories Nona and I will always keep a part of you in my heart.  Thank you for putting up with my tequila binges, I will hoist one to you, my most special friend. XOX Lynn 

I just wanted to express that Nona  was a very sweet and caring little lady who always tried her best to do the best for those who needed a friend. It did not matter if you knew her a long while or for just a short time, Nona would help if she could. The morning of the  28th of March 2019 Nona reached out to me offering her help in anyway needed. She found out that my mom passed away March 6/19 and she knew how very close my mom and I were. Her last words to me were " awe Paula I am so sorry, I am very fortunate to still have my parents...I know you two were so close... you guys had a amazing relationship. I am so sorry and  please remember to stay strong, and eat, and sleep your momma wouldn't want you to be sad... It's all about the great memories . Like I said if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. Thinking of you and take care. Nona xoxo. P.S I know it must be hard being there by yourself  so if you need a break stop by any time. Nona was my team member where I was working before. She is one of the best employee I had. A sweet lady and always helpful. This news was a shock to me. R.I.P Nona. You will be missed. 

We met Nona a long night time ago when she was a young girl, but have known her parents and her relatives in Canada for over 30 years.  she was a sweet  lovely child, and grew up to be a responsible mother.  She will be sorely missed by her family, friends all who knew her.  R.I.P Nona

RIP Nona, you are truly missed. Nona and I grew up together.  Our parents, along with a few other families were Family. All became Aunties and uncles, and all of us kids were and still are "cousins" anyone that knew Nona, has some fun, amazing and hilarious stories to tell. She was a remarkable person who made anyone who knew her a better person. Our little family will not be the same without you.  We will cherish our memories and time we all spent together.  We love you. To Nona's parents and kids, we are all here for you.  

Nona was one of the most caring people I have known.  She was a HUGE part of my growing up and one of the people that helped me to become who I am today.  She was part of our "Brat Pack", she was the voice of reason (sometimes LOL) and she made us all laugh whether we needed to or not.  She will truly be missed in everyway by all that knew her.  Heaven truly gained an angel, thank you for letting us know her.

The biggest thing I think of when I think of NONA is how much of a earth Angel she always was to me. She listened while I cried, she helped me threw a lot of horrible times and never asked for anything in return.  My heart hurts knowing I won't be Seeing her anymore but I know she will be watching over all of us. She has her wings and no doubt about it she's now a Angel forever.

I me Colleenand my sister Cathleen Williams it was new-year eve.  I'm watching on the corner of my eye NONA talking with me  sister and that's real blood .I never seen her with such sparkle laughter and smile she thought me and my sister we so hilarious My siter was talking little history That night.
