He leaves behind his loving wife of almost 17 years Lisa, his two very special daughters; Emma fourteen and Abby twelve, his father, Abe, brothers; Phil (Shelly) and Rob (Heather), sisters; Helen (Dennis) and Irene (Randall), his father and mother-in-law John and Susan, brother-in-laws Chris (Jana) and Scott (Shannon) and many nephews and nieces and many long time friendships.
Ray loved family time teaching the girls his many skills and sharing his great sense of humour and he enjoyed telling lots of stories, and you know it was going to be a good one because he always had an impish grin and giggled first. Ray enjoyed building his successful business for over 17 years, he worked hard but always found time to be a family man first! Ray, besides his love for Lisa, Emma, and Abby always, he also enjoyed playing with his dog, Copper, cats, Shaggy and Daphne, and his many toys; he had a huge love for pickles!
Ray was pre-deceased by his mother Mary Wiebe in 2010.
Arrangements under the direction of Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, Surrey, BC.
