Rudolph "Rudy" Lawrence

August 31, 1930 – April 8, 2022

It is with deep sorrow and much love we mourn the passing of Rudolph (Rudy) Lawrence (91). Rudy was a beloved and dedicated father, grandfather, great- grandfather, husband and friend, who was truly and dearly loved by all.

Rudy will be remembered by his children David Michael (Riun) and Donna- Marie along with his grand children (David’s) Siobhan, Alexis, Padraic, Aislinn, Catriona and (Donna's) Jason, Amanda. Along with numerous great grandchildren. Rudy was predeceased in the passing of his wife Edna (October 9th 2009) after 51 years of the most amazing marriage he could have hoped for.

Pre retirement Rudy’s profession of accounting allowed him to soar with several financial institutions helping him to create several small businesses sharing his wisdom with all.

Following the passing of his wife (Edna) , Rudy moved to Delta BC becoming a community member leader with the Delta Seniors group. Along with becoming an elder member to his church New Hope, who will all will miss him tremendously. Rudy will also be remembered by his friend Rose who he traveled with to many different places around the world.

Rudy’s love for family, friends and faith shows us all you’re never to old to make a change in your life.

Gone but never forgotten.

A celebration of life for Rudy will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at New Hope Christian Church, 11838 - 88th Ave, Delta, British Columbia.
