BONE, Russell J. - age 89, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Surrey Memorial Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Survived by his wife, Diane; siblings Archie (Shirley), Hazel and Dorothy (Wendell); and seven children: Norma Jean, Cindy Lee (Les), Lori (Dave), Matt (Allison), Tina (Colin), Dan and Marc (Kenna). He also leaves behind many grand children and great grand children. Russell was a WWII veteran. He will be remembered for his unconditional love of family, good humour, cheerful disposition and great wit. We will miss his stories of life as a child in Saskatchewan and his adventures during the war. He will always be in our hearts. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831-28 Ave, Surrey, BC followed by Burial.
